Return Policy
Please read this Return and Refund Policy (the “Policy”), which sets out your options if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase.
The following terms are applicable to any products that are purchased via the Website.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
Unless otherwise stated, the capitalized terms used in this Policy shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Website Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy ("Terms and Conditions"). Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice-versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2. Conditions for Return
We hope that you love your PAKLE pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns on all full-priced orders received back to us within 30 days of receipt of product. Returned merchandise must be accompanied inside of it's original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. Items must be packaged as they originally came to prevent damages. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns received back to us after 30 days post delivery, or returned worn or damaged in any way, will be refused.
Customers will be charged a restocking fee of 20% for if returned items are not in their original condition. The purpose of the restocking fee is to cover the cost of inspecting and repacking the returned item, as well as any loss in the value that may occur during delivery or return. Pakle Pickleball reserves the right to decide if your item does not meet resale condition.
Please ensure that the items to be returned meet the following conditions:
- Faulty, defective or damaged. Not of satisfactory quality.
- Does not match the description on the Website. Different from the one you ordered.
- Custom orders are non-returnable.
- Altered or Resized items are not eligible for return.
- New paddles must show no signs of use and must be returned in the original poly bag (e.g. plastic on the handle, all tags still attached, no scrapes on the bumper guards, etc.)
- Balls must be in the original containers and unopened.
- Other accessories must arrive back in the original packaging, unopened.
Please email our Clients Team prior to returning your goods on support@paklepickleball.com, and provide your order number and what you would like to return.. We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receipt, however during busy periods it may take us a little longer.
3. Exchange
We no longer accept exchanges, including accessories and other sizes. Please contact us if you have any questions about an item or order.
4. Receiving Your Refund
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days, however this may take up to 30 working days during busier times of year.
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Please note, shipping costs are not refundable, and international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned to us from outside the EU.
5. Lost or Missing Packages
Pakle ships all orders with tracking information provided to the customer. While we take reasonable care to ensure proper delivery, Pakle is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery issues must be addressed with the carrier directly.
If your package is reported as delivered but not received, customers should:
- Check all possible delivery locations at the shipping address
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking number provided
- File a claim with the carrier if necessary
For orders with shipping insurance, customers may file a claim through the carrier's claim process. We will provide reasonable assistance with documentation needed for carrier claims upon request.
Pakle reserves the right to investigate lost package claims and may, at our sole discretion, issue replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
