Our PAKLE brand for the next generation of players is manufactured with overseas partners and undergoes our strict quality control.

What does PAKLE Pickleball’s warranty cover? Plus

LIMITED WARRANTY

PAKLE Pickleball advanced and intermediate paddles are guaranteed against workmanship and manufacturer defects for the one year of the date of purchase (must have a copy of the original receipt). The warranty is not transferable and only applies to original owner.

BEGINNER PADDLES

PAKLE beginner paddles are warranted against workmanship and manufacturer defects for 90 days from date of purchase (must have copy of original receipt). The warranty is not transferable and only applies to original owner.

PICKLEBALL BALLS

Due to the violent nature of the sport of pickleball, pickleball balls are not covered under a product warranty.

ACCESSORY ITEMS


PAKLE accessory items are covered by a 90 day limited warrant for defects against workmanship and defects from the original date of purchase (must have a copy of original receipt).

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence or user modification, and the natural breakdown or fading of graphics over extended use are not covered.

How do I care for my Pickleball paddle? Plus

The three most important steps in caring for your paddle are:

  1. Keeping it clean. This can be done with glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth.
  2. Avoid extreme temperatures. Leaving your paddle in a hot or cold car for a long period of time can affect its performance.
  3. Invest in a cover like one of our Pickleball cases or bag. It may pay for itself in extended paddle life.
How long do Pickleball paddles last? Plus

How long your PAKLE Pickleball paddle lasts will depend on how you care for it. In general, paddles last one to five years. As a rule of thumb, expect to be buying a new paddle every two to three years.

However, the use of sweat-absorbing grips can cause wear. To maintain grip strength, we recommend replacing them regularly.

We currently accept payments through PayPal, credit/debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can choose the payment method that best suits your preference during the checkout process. How do i know my order is confirmed? Plus

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed. Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox. If you still can't find the confirmation email, please feel free to reach out to us at support@paklepickleball.com, and our customer support team will be happy to assist you further.

Can i cancel or modify my order? Plus

Modifying or canceling an order is possible if the item(s) has not yet entered into manufacturing or has not shipped.

To modify or cancel your order:

Contact our customer service team (support@paklepickleball.com) If you would like to make changes to your existing order.
Our team will help facilitate feasible changes before the order enters the shipping queue.

What is the shipping policy? Plus

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. See more details at shipping policy.

  • US Standard Delivery takes typically 7-11 days. Free on orders over USD$120, $9 on orders below.
  • UK Standard Delivery takes typically 6-10 days. Free on orders over USD$120 (≈£96), $9 (≈£6.5) on orders below.
When can i expect my order to be dispatched? Plus

We aim to dispatch the same day for all orders placed before 3pm. Personalized items require additional processing time. However, during busy periods this may take a little longer. You will receive tracking information as soon as your exclusive package have been dispatched.

How do i make a return or an exchange? Plus

To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure that you meet our return conditions outlined in our return policy. We are more than happy to assist you with the refund or exchange process. For further details, please refer to our return policy.

Can personalized items be returned? Plus

Unfortunately, personalized items are typically non-refundable and cannot be returned. Since these items are customized specifically for you, they often cannot be resold or reused by the seller. It is crucial to double-check all personalization details before placing an order to ensure accuracy.
