You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch, so you can track the progress of your order. We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties, bad weather conditions or events outside of our control.

Note: Shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Pakle cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Pakle will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
MADE TO ORDER
For pieces that are made-to-order, we can typically ship within approximately 4-6 weeks of your order being placed. Please note, that during busy periods, or with more complex pieces, the lead time may be slightly longer.
For pieces that are engraved, please allow approximately 7 working days before your order can be shipped.
Prices and Payment
We endeavour to keep prices of Goods updated and accurate, though from time to time there may be inaccuracies or changes to price. Changes to price will not affect any order you have already placed. Prices for our Goods are subject to change without notice.
It is always possible that Goods on our Website may be incorrectly priced. In this case, we will not send your order until you have confirmed that you accept the new price or if you wish to cancel your order.
Banking charges by the receiving bank on payments to us will be absorbed by us. All other charges relating to payment in a currency other than Great British Pounds will be absorbed by you.
The Price of a product includes VAT (where applicable).
The Price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges will be advised during the checkout process, before you place your order.
We accept payment via PayPal. When selecting the PayPal option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to review the amount, before completing the transaction and being returned to our Website.
You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
If any product is out of stock, you will be refunded in full.
