I have a burning sensation behind the knee area, and am looking for some kind of compression product. I bought this product to see if it would defray the pain behind both knees when I walk. So far, it worked on the initial test run. I walked for a half mile, for an hour, without any pain. The top section is prone to slide down, as my upper leg area is fat. The velcro is very strong, and it takes great effort to undo the velcro straps. The adjustment slots came in handy. If the second test run is successful, I will buy another knee strap for the other leg.

My only issue with this patella knee brace is that I would have liked better instruction I did figure it out but it would be nice to more instructions

Just what I needed This was perfect for my knee I was in so much pain it would give out when I was walking put this on held up really well my knee is feeling better great purchase for great price.

It works

I was skeptical but my knees and legs hurt so I'll try anything. I had a hard time standing if seated and when I walked, I felt pain with every step. I put the straps on and stood up and walked feeling very little discomforted. I wear them daily and I feel my legs and knees getting better each day. The only thing bad about them is periodically you have to tighten the straps.
