I found the Infinity hybrid to play very solid…the ball launches a little springy off the face in contact…but only had to make some adjustments…the spin was really good with this paddle…a little softer then my normal feel profile but still plays fairly stiff and hollow…would highly recommend this paddle and at $89 after code it’s a no brainer…
It features a large sweet spot and a soft feel, offering excellent control.
It also delivers powerful shots when you swing through fully.
The textured surface provides good spin.
Pakle's paddle description is spot on. This paddle has great power when you need it but is very controllable. Less pop than the Fuse but more than enough for quick counter attacks at the net. The spin is amazing and after over 20hrs of play the grit shows no signs of wear. I found the grit on the Infinity to be better than the Fuse. The paddle is very light and well balanced and for me needed a bit of weight. I added 2 gms of 0.5 gm tape at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions down the sides and the paddle is now dialled in for me. I tried the Fuse and preferred the Infinity. My previous main was the Vatic Pro V Sol Pro and the Infinity is a definite upgrade in my opinion.
I've used it maybe for a total of 5 hours and grittiness is still there. It has a massive sweet spot and has a longer dwell time than my other paddles. I am still dialing it in, but so far I'm very satisfied with it.
The Pakle Fuse is an amazing paddle! It's super lightweight, making it quick and effortless to maneuver at the net. The paddle face is also very gritty, It feels comfortable to play with. Highly recommended!
